Every menu reflects the season, the landscape, and our relationships with small Swiss producers and our family estate in Calabria. Precision, balance, and emotional clarity guide each dish.

Ingredients & Seasonality
Our menus change regularly based on availability from Swiss artisans, foragers, and responsible producers. We also use olive oil from our family estate, Tenuta Scriselli, produced with sustainable soil management and minimal-intervention methods.
We do not offer vegan or gluten-free menus.
Vegetarian menus are available with advance notice.
