First edition of our cocktail menu is dedicated to Flavours of Sounds. Picture sipping the sound of a bustling Metropolis or the gentle rustle of Autumn leaves. In our menu you’ll find 8 alcohol cocktails and 6 mocktails inspired by sounds like whales, a crackling fireplace, falling snow, and more. To create the concept, we’ve been using the latest techniques like vacuum distillation, centrifuge and fermentation, collaborating closely with our chefs to blend experience and innovation.
