In 2018, high in the Swiss Alps, I stood in a small, unassuming hut where the fire in my soul was first lit. It was there I discovered my true calling — my DNA as an autodidact chef. The kitchen became my canvas; flavors, textures, and aromas became my language. From those humble yet profound beginnings grew the vision of Dineology — a philosophy where gastronomy, design, and innovation converge into an experience that transcends the plate.

It begins at the bar, where the light is soft, the welcome is warm, and time starts to slow.

We’ve opened a new doorway linking the Bar directly to the Gallery. Drop in for a drink and enjoy snacks from the CAAA kitchen as you explore the current exhibition.
