In 2018, high in the Swiss Alps, I stood in a small, unassuming hut where the fire in my soul was first lit. It was there I discovered my true calling — my DNA as an autodidact chef. The kitchen became my canvas; flavors, textures, and aromas became my language. From those humble yet profound beginnings grew the vision of Dineology — a philosophy where gastronomy, design, and innovation converge into an experience that transcends the plate.

For over 100 years, this address was home to one of Europe’s most important art auction houses.
Every evening at CAAA, we honor that legacy in our own way — with a small tradition you won’t see coming, but will take home forever.

It begins at the bar, where the light is soft, the welcome is warm, and time starts to slow.
From there, you’ll drift from glacier to olive grove — dishes and cocktails meeting in an atmosphere that feels personal, unhurried, and real.
